The SammyStrong Foundation's "Birdies for Bravery" golf tournament will be Monday May 12th
The Field Club of Omaha, 3615 Woolworth Avenue, will host our event. Last year was an amazing turnout and we can't wait to see everyone again! $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome includes lunch, golf and dinner.

Our goal is to help families when they must prioritize their child’s care instead of the financial burdens of a childhood cancer diagnosis. Our efforts will raise funds to make resources available for families and to support the various organizations dedicated to providing care for and the rehabilitation of these strong children.

Our journey began when Sammy started experiencing headaches in October 2020. Heartbreakingly, the doctors discovered that a tumor on the left side of his brain was causing these headaches. We heard the words no parents could fathom, pediatric brain cancer. The news was almost impossible to comprehend, as our Sammy is a full spirited, base
Our journey began when Sammy started experiencing headaches in October 2020. Heartbreakingly, the doctors discovered that a tumor on the left side of his brain was causing these headaches. We heard the words no parents could fathom, pediatric brain cancer. The news was almost impossible to comprehend, as our Sammy is a full spirited, baseball loving nine-year-old. We quickly realized our lives would never be the same. Our fight had commenced. From that day to present, one thing remained constant, Sammy's strength and courage. He leads us on this journey, he carries the power of HOPE and we will continue to help him spread that through the Foundation's work.
